Responsibilities:

--- Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients
--- Continue your education on evolving insurance industry protocols to adequately fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims to customers' satisfaction
--- Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs
--- Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles
--- Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders
--- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
--- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction
--- Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively working our existing leads while leveraging existing relationships
--- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to effectively communicate value propositions to clients
--- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence as their go-to insurance advisor
--- Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, policy details, and other relevant information

Qualifications:

--- Proven understanding of the insurance industry including insurance products, risk management and any state and federal regulations
--- Candidates must have an insurance license
--- Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office is required
--- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required
--- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
--- A Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license is required
--- Experience with independent Florida carriers preferred
