A company is looking for a Sr. Director Sales, CX and Contact
Center Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies within the CCaaS-UCaaS
industry
Manage the sales pipeline and identify target accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and
partners
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in sales, including 7+ years selling
professional engineering services and IP-led solutions
Experience in communication technologies such as CCaaS, UCaaS, and
CPaaS
Proven track record in closing large deals
Experience in the ISV-HiTech sector is preferred
Ability to develop account plans and create effective sales
tactics
