  • Coordinates daily on project status for multiple work streams, keep systems (HubSpot, Mavenlink, S1 Partner portal) updated with progress status, as well as resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Takes action items to ensure activities and full life cycle project requirements are completed, and team members are aligned to exceed client expectations.
  • Facilitate the creation, distribution and execution of the Statement of Work, Master Services Agreements, Purchase Orders.
  • Facilitates, tracks, and provides reporting on the status of transition from Incident Response (IR) client to Managed Detection & Response (MDR), Post IR or S1 sales client in SentinelOne partner portal and HubSpot systems.
  • Works with the Sales team for contractual tracking and status.
  • Composes and coordinates internal and external communication regarding schedule, scope and budget including, but not limited to:
    • Meeting scheduling
    • Call notes - daily, multiple times per day and often with minutes notice, must be highly responsive, 100% availability during work hours
    • Reporting
    • Budget adherence, including time and expense tracking for all team members across all project tasks
    • Invoicing
    • Manage change-in-scope process (scope creep)
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and communication.
      • Performs client satisfaction surveys for both IR clients and non-IR clients to ensure needs are being met
      • Establishes internal operational tracking for project files, client data, etc. in accordance with
      • Identifies risk areas and provides sales and executive management solutions for risk mitigation Serves as a User System Management administrator and subject matter expert (HubSpot and Mavenlink software experience is a plus).
      • Responsible for process documentation creation and maintenance.
      • Works with Project Management team to carry out processes consistently across the team.

        • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management or related field
        • 3+ years of work experience managing projects in a fast-paced client facing environment
        • Experience working with and communicating to C-level executives, attorneys, and insurance carriers
