The Required Skill Set for a Front Desk Agent include but are not
-Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
-Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Must possess basic computer skills.
-Ability to complete assigned tasks without close supervision.
-Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8
hours. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. occasionally.

-Previous experience working at another hotel's front desk
