experienced marketing and sales professional to help us grow.
Position Overview We’re hiring a Growth Architect (Marketing
Manager / Sales & Growth Director) — a hands-on, results-driven
professional with 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM
management, and sales strategy . You’ll develop and lead online
marketing campaigns, sales funnels, lead generation systems, and
data-driven growth strategies that attract and convert new business
opportunities. This position offers career growth into a Director
of Growth and Marketing role as we expand our team. Key
Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
(SEO, paid ads, email, social, content) Build and manage CRM
systems, automation workflows, and lead-nurturing funnels Conduct
data analysis to track marketing ROI and optimize performance
Create compelling copy and campaigns tailored to niche audiences
(architects, designers, contractors) Lead online product demos and
sales presentations to convert leads Collaborate with leadership to
align marketing, sales, and company growth objectives Identify new
business development opportunities and strategic partnerships
Qualifications 5–7 years in digital marketing, growth strategy, or
sales management Proven success designing and executing marketing
campaigns that generate qualified leads Deep understanding of CRM,
funnel management, and marketing automation (HubSpot,
ActiveCampaign, etc.) Strong analytical and reporting skills using
marketing data tools Excellent communication and storytelling
skills Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial
