Apply directly today to Megan Peterson at [Click Here to Email Your Resum--] and learn more about this exciting role.Your responsibilities- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable- 1040 Tax preparation and filing quarterly payments- Generate cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.- Work on special projects occasionally- Provide monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents- Set up subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement- 3+ yrs. Bookkeeping experience required- Proven analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills- Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferred- Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities- Comprehensive knowledge of QuickBooks- Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlinesRobert Half Finance & Accounting, the world's leader in specialized financial staffing, provides exciting full-time opportunities in the areas of accounting, bookkeeping, finance, audit, taxation and more.
