He/she reviews and corrects data entry errors and provides feedback to the Staff. Ensures that all admissions and registrations are in compliance with managed care, Federal and State guidelines and rules. Uses multiple computer systems to perform job task. Verifies insurance benefits for all patients presenting for service. Makes pre-certification request and obtains authorizations for services. Assures that all accounts are correct and ready to be billed. Provides a steady financial base for Accounts Receivable through collection of deposits, co-payments and private pay bills.Estimated pay range for this position is %2415.00 - %2419.50 / hour depending on experience.Qualifications Degrees: High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper Licenses Certifications: NAHAM Certified Healthcare Access Associate Additional Qualifications: Prior insurance and registration background required.
