The Senior Account Executuve is responsible for successful establishment, expansion and/or strong market share of home health services in Palm Beach County. The Senior Account Executive develops, organizes, implements and monitors plans to achieve the agency growth objectives for the agency.

• Key Responsibilities
  
  
• Responsible for the direction, and support of Home Health sales and operations.
  
• Develops, maintains and strengthens business partnerships (Hospital Systems, Physicians, SNFs, ALFs, ILFs, Hospice, Outpatient, Ancillary, ACOs, BPCI, and C-Suite Executives) for the Organization's core businesses in Palm Beach County.
  
• Provides leadership and direction of start-up operations for Home Health Agency.
  
• Provides oversight of P&L targeting for developing and progressing to profitable operations.
  
• Responsible for the development and implementation of strategic business plans for Home Health Services (sales/marketing and operations).
  
• Identifies and attains overall census growth targets in Palm Beach County.
  
• Collaborates with leadership, sales, marketing, and operations to secure, retain and grow strategic partnerships.

• Demonstrated skills and ability in: fiscal accountability, communication (written, verbal, persuasion, negotiation, and public speaking), interpersonal relations, customer service, problem solving, planning and organizing, data analysis, conflict resolution and other leadership qualities

• Required Qualifications
  
  
• Bachelor's degree in health administration or business or related area; RN Licensed preferred
  
• Strong experience Home Health sales and operations
  
• Demonstrated experience in Home Health Start Up/New Start
  
• Understanding of P&L with relationship to developing and progressing to profitable operations
  
• Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of Florida, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
  
• Readily available and able for local travel; travel may be required supporting home health agency.
  
• Medicare/Private Duty Home Health Sales, Account Manager, Community Liaison, Business Development EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
  
• This position has an amazing annual bonus structure up to 20% based on the annual salary.
