You should use effective questioning techniques to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. You will also need to respond to inquiries and complaints timely with professionalism, handle incoming calls and emails, assist customers in selecting equipment, create orders/delivery tickets, update patient information, learn office equipment (fax/scan), familiarize yourself with billing coding and medical terminology.Required Skills:We are seeking someone with exceptional customer service skills, a friendly and positive attitude, intermediate proficiency in computer usage, an aptitude for collaboration, basic administrative and clerical abilities, strong communication skills both verbal and written, great organizational and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new concepts and techniques is also required.Compensation:We offer an hourly rate that is based on DME and industry experience. Additionally, commission will be offered for sales-based positions once the employee has completed 90 days of training. We also provide gym membership reimbursement and educational reimbursement up to $3000 for part-time or full-time students.
