Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing loan applications and originating loans in compliance guidelines. Interacts with customers to establish and maintain profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company while assisting them with their inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain strong attention to detail. Possesses a strong work ethic and be empowered to solve problems independently and make decisions that are considered to be in the customer's best interest.

Qualifications

Loans CSR Minimum Requirement:

+ Six months to one year customer service experience.

+ Call center experience a plus.

+ Acknowledge and appropriately greet and assist every customer in a timely manner.

+ Demonstrate competency in using computer.

+ Keyboarding proficiency and use of automated systems.

+ Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.

+ Strong problem solving skills.

+ Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution.

+ Ability to thrive in a lively working environment and multi-task.

+ Interact professionally with other employees.

+ Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.

+ Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discount and percentages.

+ Ability to define customers' issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

+ The flexibility to work weekends and other varied shifts as assigned or mandatory overtime to meet. departmental deadlines if needed.

+ Flexible evening and weekend shifts are available.

+ Perform other job-related duties within the job scope as requested by management.

+ Bi-Lingual Spanish/English Candidates a Plus!!!

Loan CSR Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to work in a standard office environment.

+ Ability to use office equipment including computers, telephones, headsets, calculators, copiers, and fax machines.

+ Ability to sit for long hours while using a binaural headset for long hours.

+ Ability to input large amounts of data into computer software during work schedule.

Education

Minimum Required

High School Diploma/GED

Those who have experience in Customer Service, Account Management, Sales, Customer Care, Client Services, Customer Satisfaction, Retail, Help Desk, Information Booth, and Customer Assistance do very well in this position.
