Job Overview Administrative Assistant Provides clerical, administrative, and general office support to a department or group of professionals with frequent access to highly confidential information and files. Schedules appointments and makes arrangements for meetings, conferences, and travel. Purchases supplies and coordinates equipment for team. May perform other duties such as preparing reports and financial data, coordinating projects, and performing research. The position will also be responsible for providing support to the Cashier team as needed. Position Details Monday through Friday, 8:00am until 5:00pm. Hourly paid position based on experience. Benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc) available on DAY 1! Responsibilities Acts as the first point of contact in the department. Creates and sustains key relationships and anticipates colleague questions. Maintains compliance with corporate and functional policies and procedures. Coordinates functional processes. Performs data entry into functional databases and works with other departments to maintain data integrity and accurate reporting. Plans day to day work flows to ensure timely completion of assignments by coordinating projects and schedules with other functional areas. Manages the calendars and travel schedules for those within the department. Schedules and coordinates meetings. Manages general business office activities, including answering phones and handling mailings, communications, contracts, reports, data retrieval/archiving, presentations, and purchasing, travel, and expenses. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma (GED) or Associate's degree preferred 2 years of general office experience 1 year minimum experience with AP and AR in a support capacity 1 year minimum experience with Microsoft Excel Lift, push and pull a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly Inventory experience preferred Company Overview Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is a leading coffee and beverage company in North America with dual headquarters in Burlington, MA and Plano, TX, with annual revenue in excess of $11 billion.
