Job Description:
The Nurse Intern performs the following basic nursing procedures
under the direct supervision of the registered nurse. Must maintain
the flexibility necessary for rapidly changing assignments.
Performs the functions of a Nurse Intern in carrying out all
assignments given by the registered nurse with a minimum of
continuous supervision. Is accountable to the nurses for all
patient care he/she gives during a shift. Is responsible for
adhering to all standards of nursing care and for promoting
teamwork among co-workers.
Qualifications :
Degrees: High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper Licenses & Certifications:
Basic Life Support Additional Qualifications: Currently enrolled in
nursing program, in good standing and completed one year of
clinical rotation, or High school or equivalent desired. Basic Life
Support. Any additional certification(s) as required. Minimum
Required Experience: none
