Restaurant team members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day. This ensures that all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. This should include a pleasant greeting, accurately taking of orders, adherence to production procedures, fulfilling orders accurately, delivering the food in a timely manner, staying connected with guest while dining, and sending the guest away with a warm salutation. Team members will be tasked with ensuring that we are meeting the requirements necessary to create remarkable experiences all day and every day.
