senior-level employment litigator seeking meaningful, high-level
work—without the grind of traditional law firm expectations? This
mostly remote Special Counsel role offers autonomy, flexibility,
and a sustainable workload within a nationally respected labor &
employment practice. About the Role You’ll manage a full docket of
employment law matters for major clients, including: EEOC, DOL, and
other administrative agency charges EPLI-covered and
single-plaintiff employment litigation Attorney demand letters All
phases of litigation: discovery, depositions, motion practice,
mediations, and hearings Case strategy, supervision of junior
attorneys, and collaboration with senior partners The position is
primarily remote , with occasional in-person court appearances or
client meetings as needed. What Makes This Opportunity Exceptional
Base Salary: $185k-$200K , based on experience, skills, and chosen
billable track 10% annual bonus potential Unlimited Paid Time Off
(PTO) No business development obligations Estimated billable range:

attorney with 8 years of employment litigation experience Ability
to independently manage cases from intake through resolution Law
