Job Description:
A company is looking for a temporary paralegal / legal assistant
to join their team through the end of 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify that all associated data and information for fully executed
contracts are accurately entered and checked for reliability
Ensure that contracts transferred from the merger are properly
organized and standardized
Assess the status and validity of contracts that have been
processed but not updated in recent years to ensure they are still
active agreements
Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in contract management and/or database
reconciliation
Experience with Salesforce (3 years+)
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in data entry and database management
Familiarity with contract management systems is a plus
