Our firm is growing, and we're looking for an empathic, experienced personal injury attorney to help our clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. You'll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. Responsibilities:

Research case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case
Oversee personal injury case files from beginning to end
Supervise and delegate tasks to the team of legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary
Converse with clients, expert witnesses, supporting witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to gather information
--- Finding ethical solutions to legal matters
--- Covering PIP recorded statements and PIP Examinations Under Oath
--- Otherwise handling case management from inception to completion
--- Staying informed about any current legislation and case law
--- Building trustworthy relationships with clients
--- Drafting pleadings, written discovery, and motions
--- Arguing motions and covering depositions
--- Marketing firm services in the community and as otherwise required

Qualifications:
--- Florida licensed attorney in good standing with Florida Bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice history
--- Outstanding academic credentials
--- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an attorney handling personal injury cases or, alternatively, a minimum of 2 years of experience as a prosecutor or public defender
--- Self-starter, driven by long-term career goals
--- Superior oral and written advocacy skills
--- Team oriented
