Andy Frain Services is seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Security Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the safety and security of our clients in the aviation and events sectors. With a focus on innovation and customized security practices, the position is ideal for those passionate about creating safe, efficient, and responsive security environments. Oversee the daily operations of security personnel, ensuring compliance with both company policies and client requirements. Develop and implement security protocols and measures in line with specific venue needs. Train new security officers and conduct ongoing training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest security practices and tools. Coordinate with event management teams and aviation authorities to plan and execute comprehensive security strategies. Manage scheduling and deployment of security staff across various sites to ensure adequate coverage and prompt response times. Conduct performance evaluations and manage the team, fostering a proactive security environment. Monitor and respond to security incidents, providing detailed reports and implementing corrective actions. Maintain clear and concise communication with law enforcement and emergency response teams as necessary. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in security management and surveillance systems Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently Knowledge of public safety and security protocols Valid security license required Certifications in CPR and First Aid Any additional security certifications are considered a plus
