The Evening Bistro Attendant will manage the evening bistro operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food and beverage offerings, adhering to Marriott's high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. Greet and serve guests in a friendly and timely manner. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company and safety standards. Manage bistro inventory and supplies, ensuring availability and freshness. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bistro area. Assist in the creation of menus and special dishes. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism. Process transactions and manage the cash register efficiently. Strong customer service orientation Basic food preparation and hygiene knowledge Effective communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) system experience Food Safety Certification (e.g., ServSafe) is preferred.
