Kitchen Manager – Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $55,000 –
$65,000 Bonus: Up to 10% annual bonus (performance-based) Benefits:

required Kitchen Manager – Role Overview A well-established,
high-volume restaurant concept is seeking a hands-on Kitchen
Manager to lead all back-of-house operations. This role is ideal
for a BOH leader who values structure, food quality, team
development, and operational discipline in a fast-paced
environment. Kitchen Manager – Key Responsibilities Lead and
oversee daily back-of-house operations, including prep, line
execution, and food quality Hire, train, coach, and develop kitchen
team members Manage food cost, waste control, inventory, and
ordering Schedule BOH staff and manage kitchen labor and payroll
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health
regulations Maintain recipe execution, portion control, and
presentation standards Conduct pre-shift meetings and ongoing
performance feedback Partner with restaurant leadership to ensure
smooth FOH/BOH operations Maintain kitchen organization, systems,
and equipment cleanliness Step in on the line or assist with
production as needed during service Kitchen Manager – Requirements
& Qualifications 2 years of kitchen leadership or BOH management
experience Strong understanding of food cost, inventory control,
and labor management Experience in high-volume or scratch kitchen
environments Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and BOH systems
Proven ability to train, coach, and hold teams accountable
Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure Kitchen Manager
– Preferred Background Experience in pizza, Italian, or casual
dining concepts Background in structured kitchen environments with
standardized systems Familiarity with POS systems and basic
