Job Description:
Bartenders- Seasonal- Oct 2022 to May 2023
To provide courteous and appropriate service to our members and
their guests and to be aware of proper beverage costs and
control.
-To provide members and their guests with proper beverage
service
-To provide proper service to staff who are serving members and
their guests
-Keep a clean and workable bar at all times
-Make sure bar and/or bars are kept to standard
-To follow house rules on proper use of glassware and machinery
behind bar
-Adhere to pouring guidelines
-Assist with monthly inventory
-Ability to wait tables and/or act as cocktail server when
necessary a plus
-Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned
-Assist wait staff/servers whenever necessary
-Keeping work area clean
-Assisting with any setup duties prior to shifts
-Adhere to all service standards
