Job Description:

rehabilitation services. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our
center, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality
medical care aimed at helping patients achieve their rehabilitation
goals. This position requires a dedicated nursing professional who

and wellbeing of patients. Administer medications and treatments
per physician orders and clinical guidelines Monitor patient
responses to treatment and report significant changes to the
supervising nurse Assist in the implementation of individualized
treatment plans for each patient Provide emotional support and
education to patients and their families regarding treatments and
care plans Maintain accurate documentation of patient care,
condition, progress, and all significant interactions Adhere to all
facility policies regarding privacy and confidentiality laws Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work under
pressure and prioritize effectively In-depth knowledge of health
and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination,
etc.) Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current and valid state
license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Basic Life Support
(BLS) certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
