Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Health 4 Day Weekend
Clinical Manager RN. This unique position offers a concentrated
work schedule, allowing for extended personal time, while providing
an opportunity to lead a team committed to delivering high-quality
healthcare in the comfort and safety of our patients' homes. Our
ideal candidate will have extensive nursing experience, a passion
for patient care, and the leadership ability to manage and inspire
a team of healthcare professionals. Oversee day-to-day operation of
the home health care team during 4-day working weekends. Coordinate
and supervise nursing and support staff, ensuring compliance with
all state and federal regulations. Perform patient visits as
needed, assess patient health problems and needs, and implement
nursing care plans. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and
service providers to ensure the delivery of effective, quality home
care. Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation in
accordance with legal requirements and company policies. Provide
mentorship, training, and feedback to team members to aid in their
professional development. Strong leadership and team management
abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills In-depth
knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards Proficient
in using healthcare software and systems Ability to handle
stressful situations and make decisions under pressure Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment CPR certified Valid
driver’s license and reliable transportation
