Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 11/09/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Physical Therapist – Outpatient Location: Boynton Beach, FL 33436 Schedule: Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Contract Length: 13 Weeks Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient team in Boynton Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients through evaluation, treatment, and development of individualized care plans, ensuring optimal recovery and function. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients based on physician referrals or direct access. Develop and oversee treatment plans for Physical Therapy Assistants. Utilize therapy modalities and exercise equipment effectively. Conduct work-related evaluations (e.g., Work Hardening, FCEs, Ergonomic Assessments). Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and communication with referring physicians. Understand and correctly apply billing codes for various payer types. Participate in marketing and community outreach activities as needed. Ensure compliance with all licensure and insurance requirements. Maintain professionalism and excellent communication with patients, physicians, and staff. Qualifications: Active and valid Florida PT License (in good standing). Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
