• Employment Type: PermanentPinnacle Home Care is hiring a full time Bilingual Home Health LPN to conduct visits with our patients in their homes in Boynton Beach, FL. We are currently looking for a Weekend LPN for our team! Candidates must work Saturday and Sunday but may choose one other days, (i.e. Thursday-Friday, Friday-Monday, or Monday-Tuesday). Baylor position is a four-day workweek vs five days for a normal full-time LPN position. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate in English and Spanish (Bilingual).POSITION RESPONSIBLITIES`The Licensed Practical Nurse/Vocational Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN). They perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, palliative, or preventative nursing care. They are responsible and accountable for making decisions that are based on the individual's nursing experience and educational preparation.POSITION REQUIREMENTS -- Current State LPN or LVN License -- Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program. -- Has one (1) year of nursing experience.
