Find out why we're all in for helping you be your best.Description The Clinical Partner (CP) provides basic technical nursing skills (deemed competent) and delegated tasks (i.e wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, discontinuing a Foley catheter) under the direction and/or supervision of the registered nurse in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, Florida Statues and BHSF policy. The CP is a valued member of the nursing team who works in close collaboration with the assigned RN to provide safe and quality patient centered care. Examples of nursing activities that cannot be delegated to unlicensed assistive personnel include: assessment and evaluation of the impact of the interventions on care provided to the patient. Estimated rate for this position is %2421/ hour depending on experience.Qualifications Degrees: High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper Licenses Certifications: Basic Life Support Additional Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a nursing program, in good standing, completed at least one clinical medical surgical rotation, and within 15 months of completing a nursing degree program (BSN or ADN).
