Description:

Leads clinical programs in areas of responsibility and provides direction and guidance to Clinical Coordinators and Specialists. Assists the Director of Pharmacy in setting strategic priorities for implementation and expansion of Clinical Pharmacy Services. Collaborates with pharmacy leaders to operationalize clinical initiatives and programs. Ensures efficient and effective roll out of clinical programs and the corresponding staff training. Provides quality assurance of clinical interventions and staff competencies. Oversees staff development, residency, and student programs in collaboration with the Director of Graduate Pharmacy Education.

Estimated salary range for this position is $120,641.00 - $156,833.30/ year depending on experience.
