Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Director - Integrated Primary
Care.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support a team of physicians, providing guidance and
mentorship
Conduct virtual consultations and develop personalized treatment
plans for patients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify strategies for
reducing total cost of care
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of primary care experience, preferably in
value-based care
MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license
Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Strong analytical skills for interpreting clinical and claims
data
Experience with population health management and quality
improvement initiatives
