Digital Marketing and Sales Director
Digital Marketing & Sales Director is a jack of all trades leader
developing winning strategies for Smokeinn.com and its affiliate
sites. -They lead the strategy, creation and execution of the
digital experience driving sales and profit for the business. -It
is their job to help make decisions that will strengthen their
business in the long term and lead the charge on implementing those
strategies across the ecommerce business. -Responsibilities of this
role include: - - - - - - - -Lead ecommerce team in developing and
maintaining an optimized e-commerce presence
- Gather accurate and timely knowledge of ecommerce trends, data
needs, and strategic pivots
- Analyze and leverage performance data and analytics to develop
and continually hone a comprehensive understanding of our online
consumers. Incorporate those learnings to develop and implement
consumer segmentation strategies and drive the efficiency of
consumer acquisition, customer loyalty and reengagement
- Monitor key business metrics including: sales; profit; campaign
performance; customer acquisition costs; customer lifetime value
and repeat rate.
- Assist in the creation and deployment of a large volume of bulk
and segment-specific emails blasts, as well as trigger emails, for
multiple customer lists.
- Work with email content providers within organization,
including cigar buyers, graphics team and developers to ensure
on-time deployment of emails.
- Create, develop and execute new campaigns and tests.
- Provide reporting for all e-mail related promotional activity
- Make recommendations to continually improve email performance
by analyzing internal results, competitive data and industry
- Continually look to extend and enhance the company's ability to
drive brand awareness, reach new audiences and increase sales by
assisting in identifying and conceptualizing traditional and/or
non-traditional marketing opportunities with a wide array of online
- Manage the development and execution of the online promotion
calendar, including regular/seasonal offers, weekly/daily specials,
flash sales, private promotions, and new product
- Oversee the development and deployment of the marketing assets
required to support marketing campaigns across email, paid search,
display, affiliate, social, and offline/print channels.
- Monitoring competitor activities and trends in the online tool

Requirements - - - - - - - -5+ years of consumer marketing
experience with at least 3 years related ecommerce experience.
- Thorough understanding of website metrics, and hands-on
experience conducting data analysis and reporting.
- Proven track records of increasing customer engagement/loyalty
and/or decreasing customer acquisition costs.
- General understanding of SEM, SEO, banner ad/display
advertising and affiliate marketing.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills -
