Job DescriptionThe Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.They are responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation. Energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the agency
  • Establish clear, specific, time-bound and measurable plans to support business needs and drive clear, unambiguous short, medium and long term goals
  • Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor customer base premium payments, renewals and attrition
  • Recruit, select, coach and retain business talent
  • Provide workforce planning, skills assessments, succession planning and daily employee management
  • Lead efforts to improve knowledge, skills and capabilities of Leslie Kay's, Inc. talent
  • Audit and monitor employees interactions with customers, handling escalated calls
  • Provide weekly updates to the supervisor on progress to agreed business metrics and targets as well as status of daily operations
  • Support supervisor in managing the relationship with the insurance companies

    Requirements

    • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
    • Must be highly self-motivated.
    • Career minded vision.
    • Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
    • Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
    • Minimum education: Associate's degree in Business.
    • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
    • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
    • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
