Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities are essential. This role requires someone who can work both independently and as part of a team to maintain equipment reliability and optimal performance. This position will be a 9/80 1st shift schedule (Monday Through Friday) with the occasional need for overtime support. Required Skills & Experience Ability to identify and address underperforming equipment within their assigned job areas. 7years’ experience in electrical troubleshooting and repair and be able to utilize electrical and refrigeration prints. 7 years' experience of mechanical troubleshooting and repair. Experience troubleshooting and repair of refrigeration equipment.
