Conduct multipoint inspections and report findings to Service Advisors. Ensure proper torque specifications and manufacturer guidelines are followed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist in basic maintenance services such as battery testing and replacement, wiper blade installation, and bulb replacements. Properly use manufacturer diagnostic tools and equipment. Follow all safety protocols and dealership procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining basic services when needed Requirements: Previous experience as a TXM (Technician Express Maintenance) at a dealership is required. ASE Certifications are a PLUS. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Willingness to learn and advance within the company. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no Type A violations, such as DUI, reckless driving, or hit-and-run offenses). A motor vehicle report (MVR) will be required upon hiring. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred). Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Must be able to communicate effectively in both languages.
