A company is looking for a Tech Lead, Engineering - Data
Layer.
Key Responsibilities
Drive architectural direction and design scalable solutions for the
data layer
Champion engineering quality through mentoring, code reviews, and
setting internal standards
Lead complex initiatives, ensuring clear communication and
transparency with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Java Backend Engineer
Proficiency in Java and experience with relational databases
(PostgreSQL, Oracle, MariaDB) or Elasticsearch/OpenSearch
Practical experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Maven, and
Docker
Strong project management skills
Willingness to take ownership of the codebase and operational
software
