considered. This opportunity is for a 4th grade Special Education
(ESE) Teacher in Palm Bay, FL, focused on providing specialized
instruction and support to elementary students with diverse
learning needs. This contract role offers a full-time schedule
working 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, specifically
tailored to manage a caseload of approximately 15 students. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver individualized and group instruction
aligned with students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies
to meet diverse learning requirements. Collaborate with general
education teachers, support staff, and families to foster an
inclusive learning environment. Maintain accurate documentation and
ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal special
education regulations. Qualifications: Valid Florida Special
Education Teacher license. Experience working with elementary-aged
students, preferably 4th grade. Strong communication and
organizational skills to manage caseload responsibilities
