Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these

educational environment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA) supporting diverse student populations across multiple
school sites. This full-time, contract position offers an exciting
opportunity to work on-site in Bonita Springs and Naples, FL,
providing behavior specialist services within Collier County Public
Schools. Responsibilities include delivering applied behavioral
analysis (ABA) services in various settings, such as two Intensive
Behavioral Intervention (IBI) autism classrooms at the elementary
level and transitioning to behavioral consultation roles at the
high school level. You will collaborate with educators and support
staff to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention
plans, conduct assessments, and track student progress. Flexibility
to work across assigned school sites with varied caseloads of K-12
students is essential. Key Qualifications: - Active BCBA licensure
required - Experience working with children and adolescents across
K-12 settings preferred - Strong knowledge of evidence-based
behavioral strategies and data collection - Ability to communicate
effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams -
Adaptability to manage caseload variations and multiple school site
assignments Location: Bonita Springs and Naples, Florida (on-site
work required) Contract Details: - Duration: January 5, 2026 May
29, 2026 - Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week - School settings:
Lake Park Elementary, Barron Collier High School, and other sites
