Responsibilities: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson
plans that foster creativity and learning. Create a safe,
nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Assess and
monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through
interactive activities. Communicate effectively with parents
regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom to ensure a positive
learning atmosphere. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance
educational programs and practices. Participate in ongoing
professional development and training opportunities. Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
preferred. State certification or licensure in early childhood
education. Experience working with preschool-aged children in an
educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and nurturing young children. Ability to
create engaging and interactive lesson plans. CPR and First Aid
certification preferred. Flexible, patient, and enthusiastic
