Job Description:

Plan, manage and execute advertising campaigns with "in house" social media and website development team Audit historical campaign performance and identifying performance drivers Perform click-through rate, conversion, spend, and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities Communicate the monthly/quarterly performance of advertising initiatives Coordinate with team to confirm PPC objectives Will be involved regular add buys across all social media platforms with the focus on new client generation, retention, and brand awareness. The priority goal is to attract those individuals in need of the legal services provided by the firm. To ensure that all ad buys and advertising complies with the Florida Bar Rules. Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with ad campaigns or other brand messages Engages and interacts with those individuals from the public who inquire about the firm and raise brand awareness by growing the regular followers of the firm's social media profiles.
